Presentation Guidelines for ASC 2024 General Assembly

Oral Presentations:

  • Please submit your presentation file (PowerPoint or PDF) to the technical staff in the session hall before your session starts.
  • Time Allotment: 
    • 15 minutes per presentation
      • 12 minutes for presentation
      • 3 minutes for Q&A
    • To ensure time management, limit your slides to 15, including the title and acknowledgment slides.
  • Theme Speaker Presentations: 
    • 30 minutes total
      • 25 minutes for presentation
      • 5 minutes for Q&A
    • Theme speakers are requested to send their short CV to info@asc2024.org by the end of the September.

Poster Presentations:

  • Poster size: 160 cm (height) x 80 cm (width) (A0 portrait poster should fit the display.)
  • Your poster's date, time, and board number will be provided with the presentation ID in the program floor plan.
  • Please remain by your poster during the scheduled time to engage with attendees.

 

*Articles (abstracts) are accepted after the referee evaluation.

**ASC 2024 proceedings will be published digitally in the form of a proceedings booklet with an ISBN number.
