Registration and accommodation fees are including, 

  • 4 night accommodation in an all-inclusive hotel (all drinks and all meals from the buffet),

Aspendos: Just 50 km east of Antalya, Aspendos was an important centre of trade during Roman times. Today, the most impressive aspect of Aspendos is her stunning theatre, which was built in approx. 162 AD. It seats 15,000 and has been beautifully preserved. Each year it hosts the Aspendos Opera and Ballet Festival which takes place in June and July and gives you the opportunity to see performances of classics in a magnificent setting. The aqueduct, which supplied water to the city is also still relatively intact and is an impressive sight.

 

Aspendos Ancient City Tour

  • Stroll around the ancient ruins, discovering the remains of aqueducts, basilicas, and ancient roads.

  • 6:30 PM: Depart from Aspendos for the return journey.
  • 7:00 PM: Arrive back at the hotel.

Terms and Conditions

General

1. Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the standard registration fees will be applied.
2. Standard registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the onsite registration fees will be applied.
3. Registrations are valid for those who register and complete the payment. Registrations are non-transferable.
4. For those who do not accommodate at the hotel, the registration fee includes participation in scientific programs, lunch, refreshments between 09.00 and 18.00, wifi connection and congress bag. If you would like to stay after 18.00, you will need to pay for another day fee.
5. The accompanying person's fee only includes accommodation and social programs.
6. Child discounts are only valid with two parents.

• 1st child is free at 0-12 ages

• 2nd child is free at 0-2 ages.

7. All participants can use the transportation between the hotel and Antalya Airport at certain times. (Transportation will be organized at fixed times and announced on the congress website. Personal requests may not be accommodated.) 


Cancellation Policy

1. Registration fees will not be refunded in any circumstances.
2. Changing of attendance is only possible until 30 September 2024.

  • Participants from Russia and other countries wishing to join ASC 2024 are hereby informed that we are unable to process any payments for registration or accommodation due to restrictions.
